The Granary is double storey with the sitting room occupying the entire top floor. All rooms are heated by slimline, convector panels (electricity included).
Beamed living room with stripped floorboards, leather sofas, TV & video, radio/cd/cassette player (plus one fold-up single bed for an extra guest).
Well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs.
Bedroom with large double bed, two chests drawers and built-in wardrobes (bedding provided).
One bathroom with over-bath shower, w/c, washbasin and washer/dryer.

The accommodation is completely self-contained and not overlooked at all by the owners' own property. Guests should feel free to wander, sit or picnic in the 7 acres of grounds including the Vineyard which is crowned by a magnificent 800 year-old oak tree! Adjoining flower meadows, which are full of wild flowers in spring, are also availble for your leisure. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided for exclusive use of The Granary guests and bikes can be hired locally for cycling in Suffolk's peaceful, country lanes.
